Responsibilities

• Coordinate service centre/technician applications and office administration.
• Ensure technician codes and fitment centres are correctly logged on all systems.
• Resolve email and telephonic queries about fitment centres.
• Provide ongoing training/support for the My Tracker site and CRM.
