Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee on-site installation projects in the Eastern Cape. You will lead a team of installation technicians, coordinate with project managers, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and serve as the primary client contact during installations.

The ideal candidate brings proven supervisory experience in installation or construction, strong reading of drawings, adherence to codes and safety protocols, and excellent leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within installation/construction.
• Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive project completion.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of installation and maintenance teams on project sites.
