Placements24 is seeking an organized Installation & Maintenance Coordinator to support operations in East London. This hybrid role coordinates installation and maintenance scheduling, dispatch, and logistics to ensure timely service delivery.

You will act as the central liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams, driving efficient resource deployment and high customer satisfaction in the Eastern Cape region.

About the Role

This hybrid role involves managing the scheduling and logistics of installation and maintenance teams, ensuring efficient deployment of resources and timely completion of service requests. You will act as a central point of contact, liaising between customers, field technicians, and internal departments. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of field service operations. This position is crucial for streamlining service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels within the Eastern Cape region, contributing to the overall efficiency of the company's service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate the deployment of installation and maintenance technicians to customer sites.
