Qualifications

• Honours degree in Analytics, STEM or related field with 5+ years' relevant experience or
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, STEM or related field with 8+ years' relevant experience
• Solid experience in data analysis, ideally within banking or financial services
• Proven track record of delivering insights that drive business decisions and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Transform complex data into actionable insights that support business strategy and performance
• Lead and contribute to end‑to‑end data analysis initiatives with measurable business impact
• Analyse large, complex datasets using advanced analytical tools and techniques
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business challenges and data requirements
• Build clear, intuitive dashboards and reports for decision‑makers
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across products, processes and customer journeys
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
• Apply understanding of financial products, business processes and industry context to analysis
