Job summary

ShopriteX in South Africa seeks an Insights professional to leverage retail data assets to deliver strategic insights for internal and external stakeholders. You will gather insights from the SaaS platform, train users, and communicate findings through presentations and dashboards.

You will coordinate with Insights Consultants, manage supplier accounts, and maintain relationships to retain accounts and support decision-making with actionable analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (essential).
• +1 years' experience in analytics, SaaS, or key account management (essential).
• Experience working with large data sets and translating data into insights (essential).
• Ability to present business recommendations in clear, visual formats (essential).
• Experience with FMCG, retailer insights is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analyses on sales, shopper, and category trends and identify drivers.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Create stakeholder presentations and communicate insights clearly.
• Support and coordinate stakeholder requirements and platform adoption.
• Maintain CRM logs and support incident management (SOPs, FAQs, etc.).
