Placements24 is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to support the Polokwane market from a fully remote setup. The role focuses on generating leads and closing sales via phone, email, and digital channels, engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the sales process.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in inside sales, a proven track record of meeting targets, excellent verbal and written communication, and experience with CRM tools.

This role focuses on generating leads and closing sales opportunities primarily through phone, email, and digital channels. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to secure new business. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets within a remote working structure, contributing to the company's expansion in the Limpopo province.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach via phone and email.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals for inside sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas .
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
