Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers and craft targeted outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication and experience with outbound tools. You will work remotely within South Africa and maintain clean CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
