Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC invites an Inside Sales Development Representative to join our distributed South Africa team. You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers to create early pipeline and first impressions of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft targeted outreach, build contact lists, and drive discovery calls while maintaining precise CRM

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role (agency or SaaS experience is a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
