Job summary

Redpin, in partnership with Currencies Direct and TorFX, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager in Cape Town to manage a portfolio of existing and recently lapsed FX partners, aiming to retain and grow revenue.

You will liaise with partners, support the Sales team, and keep Salesforce updated, while handling affiliate commissions and reporting tasks. This is an in-office role with no travel initially.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales/account management with CRM experience.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-service oriented with proactive sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with existing and lapsed FX partners to retain and grow relationships.
• Coordinate with Sales team to identify opportunities within territory.
• Schedule meetings and handle inbound sales queries.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with daily activity and partner data.
• Assist Data Sales Manager with data capturing and reporting.
