Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and R&D.
• Proficiency with CAD modeling and simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS).
• Experience with rapid prototyping methods and experimental testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and develop novel mechanical concepts and technologies for new product applications.
• Design, prototype, and test mechanical components and systems, documenting results thoroughly.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis (FEA, CFD) to evaluate design feasibility and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams, including materials scientists and electrical engineers, on integrated solutions.
• Identify and evaluate new materials, manufacturing techniques, and technologies relevant to R&D objectives.
