Our client in Alberton, SA seeks an In-House Systems Trainer to take ownership of learning and understanding the company’s internal systems, processes and workflows. You will design and deliver training content, support users and help drive system adoption across departments.

The ideal candidate has a Matric/Grade 12 and a relevant qualification in Training or IT, with experience in ERP/CRM or other business systems, plus strong documentation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Relevant qualification in Training, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
• Experience in systems training or user support is preferred.
• Strong documentation and technical writing is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to simplify complex processes for diverse users.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Relevant qualification in Training, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration or a related field advantageous.
• Previous experience in systems training, software training, process training or user support.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, accounting, warehouse, manufacturing or other business systems advantageous.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and explain them clearly to different levels of users.
