Kyndryl South Africa (Pty) Limited is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Cloud Architect specializing in z/OS. The role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining IBM mainframe environments to ensure stability, performance, security and high availability.

The ideal candidate has 7–15+ years of z/OS programming experience in large enterprise settings and a track record of upgrades and migrations, with a broad set of core z/OS skills and automation experience.

The Role, Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure/Cloud Architect z/OS responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IBM mainframe operating systems and supporting infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, performance, security, and availability.
