Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure and cloud initiatives from initiation to delivery. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-office collaboration in Randburg, Gauteng, to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT project management experience with 5+ years in infrastructure and cloud projects.
Strong technical background in IT systems, virtualization, networking, and security.
Proven ability to lead complex projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud projects.
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders.
Manage internal resources and external vendors for efficient execution.
Oversee migration of infrastructure to cloud platforms.
Ensure adherence to IT security practices and compliance requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders using hybrid communication methods.
Negotiate vendor contracts for IT hardware, software, and services.
