Our client is a small, fast-growing and entrepreneurial financial services group building a strong shared information and technology capability across its portfolio businesses. The environment is energetic, non-corporate and constantly evolving, so this role will suit someone who enjoys pace, change and building rather than stepping into an already mature function.
We are looking for a capable, commercially minded Information & Technology Enablement Lead who can work across data and management information, business processes, platforms, digital enablement, vendors and technology governance. This is a broad, hands-on role where you will work closely with senior leadership and influence across several portfolio firms, largely through outsourced specialist partners rather than a large internal IT team.
You will need to be adaptable, practical and comfortable making decisions in a changing environment. Strong EQ is essential - you must be able to build trust, challenge constructively, communicate well with different stakeholders and get things done without relying on hierarchy. We are looking for someone who is excited by growth, ambiguity and the opportunity to help shape the function as the business develops.
