Job summary

Yellosa is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee multi-site infrastructure, cloud, and security projects across hospitality environments. The role requires deep Microsoft expertise (AD, SCCM, Intune, M365, Azure) and strong governance and communication skills.

You will drive delivery, manage multiple priorities with stakeholders, and travel as needed. A degree in IT and 7–10 years of IT experience (including leadership) are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7-10 years' IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in multi-site environments (hospitality experience is an advantage).
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, and security projects.
• Strong technical expertise across Microsoft ecosystem (AD, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure), infrastructure & virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, storage), backup & DR (Veeam), cloud platforms (Azure, OCI), security & governance (ISO 27001, EDR, PAM), and hospitality systems.
• (Opera, Simphony, Oracle EBS, TNG Spa or equivalent)
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, ITIL) are an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• High level of ownership, governance, and communication skills, with flexibility to support after-hours requirements
• Valid driving licence with willingness to travel
