You will develop and manage compliance programs, conduct audits, and advise on security best practices to mitigate risks.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 4 years in information security compliance, strong knowledge of POPIA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in information security compliance, risk management, or audit.
• In-depth knowledge of privacy laws (POPIA) and international standards (GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Experience in conducting security audits and risk assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.

• In-depth knowledge of South African privacy laws (e.g., POPIA) and international standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Experience in conducting security audits and risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or CIPM are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Randburg, Gauteng .
