Job summary

Humanz is seeking a senior leader to guide a multidisciplinary team across Sales, Projects, Finance, Strategy and Execution. You will oversee influencer marketing campaigns from concept to delivery using the Humanz platform and manage high-level client onboarding.

You will drive strategy, maintain strong client relationships and ensure campaigns stay within budgets and timelines, while increasing client spend and delivering measurable results.

• Experience leading teams in a client service environment.
• Extensive experience directing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional account management and C-suite communication.
• Strong campaign reporting and written communication skills.
• Advanced marketing strategy and creative capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and operational tasks.
• Ability to lead a dynamic team and handle a complex workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead team performance, capacity, mentoring and development.
• Develop strategies and creative concepts for influencer campaigns.
• Oversee influencer identification, briefing and management during campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns meet targets within budgets and timeframes.
• Review and finalize campaign reports for stakeholders.
• Act as senior client liaison, driving high-level strategy and progress updates.
• Oversee onboarding of new customers and influencers.
• Handle escalations and complex queries from clients and influencers.
• Create cost estimates and manage contracts, estimates or PO processes.
• Report revenue and costs to senior management via Humanz backoffice.
• Assist the CEO with high-priority operational needs.
