Job summary

MSL South Africa is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Influencer Coordinator & Campaign Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The role requires proven influencer management experience and the ability to translate client briefs into influencer-led content and campaigns.

You will lead end-to-end campaign delivery, negotiate with creators, manage timelines and budgets, track KPIs, and report insights to clients.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in influencer marketing, social media, PR or integrated agency environments.
• Strong time management and multi tasking skills.
• A good command of the English language (both verbal and written).
• Savvy and proficient on all social media platforms (i.e. Facebook / Instagram / Twitter / YouTube etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer campaign strategies aligned to client objectives, target audiences and business outcomes.
• Negotiate influencer fees, deliverables and usage rights.
• End-to-end management of influencer campaigns from briefing through to reporting.
• Track campaign KPIs, performance metrics and ROI through the MSL tracking tool.
