Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a technically literate sales professional to develop mining, manufacturing, EPCs, and system integrator accounts in Mpumalanga. You will build strategic relationships and drive long-term opportunities.

You will act as the interface between customers and internal teams, map decision-makers, and promote the full portfolio of engineered solutions. Willingness to travel regionally is required.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering qualification or related technical discipline.
• Understanding of industrial, manufacturing and service-based engineering environments.
• Proven experience in technical or solution-based sales.
• Ability to engage confidently at engineering and senior management level.
• Strong communication, analytical and relationship-building skills.
• Structured, disciplined sales approach (not cold-calling driven).
• Willingness to travel within the allocated region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in mining, manufacturing, EPCs, and system integrators.
• Identify, research, and pursue new customers based on financial health and long-term potential.
• Conduct market research and intelligence to identify opportunities aligned with offerings.
• Build relationships across customer functions and map decision-makers and influencers.
• Act as the primary technical and commercial interface between customers and internal teams.
• Promote and grow the full portfolio of products, services and engineered solutions.
• Support product sales by providing technical input, specifications and solutions guidance.
• Identify service and solution opportunities and share intelligence with regional and business managers.
• Filter enquiries to focus on high-value, strategically aligned opportunities.
