Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients in the industrial sector to define job specs and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels for trades, technicians and engineers.
• Screen, interview and assess candidate skills, experience and fit for industrial roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy to placement, ensuring compliance.
• Build and maintain a network within industrial and manufacturing communities.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
