The role requires a degree in a related field, 5+ years in supply chain planning, and strong Excel/SAP skills. You will work day and night shifts as needed, with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, or related field (NQF 7).
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, 3+ years in planning.
• Hands-on experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of end-to-end industrial planning processes and their impact on procurement/manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Agile, responsible, and inclusive mindset.
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts as required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and update the Master Production Schedule.
• Analyze bottlenecks and address root causes of delays.
• Ensure adherence to production plans across sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare communication packs for stakeholders.
