Qualifications

• SAP experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyse open customer orders and formulate a production schedule based on forecasts, dates, capacity and material availability.
• Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target dates using DCC.
• Determine daily work order sequence and weekly planning for production.
• Run load balancing calculations and coordinate with master planning for optimized plans.
• Monitor deliveries as scheduled and propose corrective actions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analyse open customer orders and formulate a production schedule based on customer forecasts, requirement dates, production capacities and material/component availability;
• Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target date based on DCC (demand capacity checks);
• Determine daily work order sequence and level weekly sequence planning on a daily basis. (Production scheduling);
• Execute load balancing calculations and cooperate with master planning for optimized plans;
• Monitor deliveries as scheduled and propose measures in case of deviation.

Your Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
• Experienced professional with 5 to 10 years experience in production planning in a similar environment;
• Experience in SAP mandatory;
• Proficient in English as a working language;
• Analytical thinking skills and results oriented;
• Ability to handle and manage stress.
