Jobs 4 All is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to service and repair injection moulding machinery and related plant equipment. You will perform routine checks, diagnose faults across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, and address safety-related issues while ensuring minimal downtime.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting sensors, valves, pumps, motors, and hydraulic circuits, as well as maintaining lubrication, seals and drive systems to support production

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Ability to diagnose a wide range of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical faults.

Responsabilités

• Daily maintenance checks on injection moulding machines, decorating and services equipment.
• Diagnosing and solving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and other faults.
• Solving barrel heater temperature faults and attending to oil leaks.
• Replacing pumps, motors and circuit breakers as needed.
• Diagnosing sensor faults, safety switch issues, and repairing them.
• Maintenance and repairs on service equipment, like cooling towers and compressors.
