Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial engineering with at least 2 years in supervision/management.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the industrial engineering team and set goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement optimized plant layouts, workflows, and material handling.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for IE projects.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to achieve excellence.
• Develop and present KPI reports to senior management.

About the Role

• Develop and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production processes, plant layout design, and material flow optimization.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as CAD, simulation tools, and data analysis platforms.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a hybrid work environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving significant operational improvements.
