Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering or closely related qualification.
• All base qualifications must be in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• At least two years relevant lecturing experience in higher education and/or two years industrial experience.
• Proficiency in English and another official language; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lecturing Industrial Engineering subjects at undergraduate level.
• Plan and deliver teaching and learning activities for IE subjects.
• Participate in Curriculum Development of new PQM.
• Develop learning materials for IE qualifications.
• Engage with industry advisory committees and partnerships.
• Promote community participation and linkages; support QA and accreditation activities.
• Contribute to recruitment, admissions and marketing as required by the HoD.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects; pursue research funding opportunities.
