Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with at least 2 years directly involved in project management.
Proven experience managing engineering projects, preferably in process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage assigned engineering projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
