Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and performance metric tracking.
• Experience with simulation software is advantageous.
