Placements24 is seeking an industrious Industrial Engineer to join the Soweto plant operations team. This on-site role focuses on optimizing daily manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and safety, and collaborating with production supervisors, quality control, and maintenance.

You will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement lean improvements, contributing to efficient material flow and SOP documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing support.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with CAD software and process mapping tools is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.

Responsibilities
