The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and strong lean, data analysis, and collaboration skills. You will implement 5S, Kaizen, and value stream improvements in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in an industrial engineering or manufacturing support role.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing concepts (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Experience with data analysis and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities
