Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a track record leading operations efficiency projects in manufacturing.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and other CI methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive performance gains.
• Develop and manage operational efficiency projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows, material handling, and production scheduling to optimize resource utilization.

Requirements

• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification strongly preferred), and other relevant continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a Hybrid work environment, balancing on-site operational engagement with remote strategic work.
