Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to champion operational excellence for a dynamic industrial conglomerate in Klerksdorp. This hybrid role combines strategic remote planning with hands-on on-site execution to optimise processes and drive lean Six Sigma initiatives.

You will lead projects, analyse data, develop KPIs, and collaborate across functions to reduce waste and improve quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 4 years in industrial engineering with focus on operational excellence and process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis and simulation tools (e.g., Minitab, Arena).
