Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive operations efficiency at its Mahikeng facility in North West. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, and improving processes using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, with hybrid on-site and remote work components.

You will work with production teams and management to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions, conducting time and motion studies and maintaining SOPs and flowcharts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering focusing on operations efficiency.
• Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing experience (VSM, 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in process analysis, simulation software, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of production planning and control systems; excellent communication skills.
