About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative Industrial Engineer to join their operations team in Richards Bay. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency across various departments, from production to administration. You will be tasked with meticulously analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing practical, cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of operational processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve workflow and reduce operational costs.
• Design and optimize facility layouts, production lines, and material handling systems.
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
