Placements24 in Randburg is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on performance metrics and data analysis. You will establish, monitor, and improve KPIs across operations in Gauteng, collecting and interpreting large datasets to drive informed decisions and operational gains.

You will develop reports and dashboards, collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate data capture, and deliver insights that lead to measurable performance improvements while upskilling colleagues in analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Data Science.
• 4+ years of experience with performance metrics and data analysis in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SPSS and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of KPIs and operational processes.
