The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, plus strong data analysis, process mapping, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial engineering experience with a strong focus on operations improvement.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with process mapping, simulation software, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
• Design, implement, and monitor optimized workflows, layouts, and resource allocation plans.
• Lead and participate in projects focused on waste reduction, cycle time improvement, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and management, to ensure successful implementation of improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics for key operational areas.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees at all levels.
