The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering with at least 4 years of experience, plus proficiency in process mapping, simulation, and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar operational role.
• Proficiency in process mapping, simulation tools, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a strong asset.
• Good understanding of production planning and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing production layouts, material flow, and equipment utilization within the Polokwane plant.
• Conduct detailed time studies and capacity analyses to support production planning and resource allocation.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement new process technologies and operational changes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures and performance metrics.
