Placements24 seeks a certified Industrial Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems in a Sandton production facility. You will install, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on complex industrial electrical systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, control circuits, and electrical diagrams, with the ability to diagnose faults quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Industrial Electrician with relevant trade certification.
• Proven experience working with industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and control circuits.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, safety practices, and national electrical codes.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical problems efficiently.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
