Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Industrial Electrical Engineer to join our client’s operations in Richards Bay. You will design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment and control systems in a heavy industrial environment to ensure uptime and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience, a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, strong PLC/HMI skills, and a hands-on approach to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in industrial electrical engineering in manufacturing/processing.
• Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens/Allen-Bradley) and HMI design.
• Strong knowledge of industrial power systems, motor controls, and VFDs.
• Experience with electrical safety standards and risk assessments.
