The position requires hands-on expertise with HV/LV systems, VSDs, and PLCs, plus a strong safety focus. You will coordinate with production and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations in Mpumalanga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial electrical engineering role.
• Proven experience with high-voltage and low-voltage systems, VSDs, and PLCs.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical safety practices and procedures.
• Experience with troubleshooting complex electrical systems in a manufacturing or process environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems in industrial plants, including power distribution, motor control centers, and lighting.
• Perform root cause analysis of electrical failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
