• Preparing cost estimates and progress reports.
• Conducting tests during production to monitor variables.
• Specifying methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Performing lab studies and pilot tests for new products.
• Establishing labour standards and analysing work utilisation.
• Organising project labour, materials, and equipment.
• Setting policies for installation, modification, testing, and maintenance.
