Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

This role involves providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for sophisticated chemical processing equipment. You will be the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the optimal performance of installed systems. This position requires extensive travel within the Gauteng area and offers a dynamic career for engineers who enjoy hands‑on problem‑solving and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of chemical processing equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues on client equipment.
• Provide technical training and support to customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency calls to minimize downtime.

Requirements
