Job summary

Omega HR Solutions seeks an Independent Sales Agent to drive growth in Gauteng's health and wellness space. You will visit pharmacies on a 6-week cycle and record 250 client visits per month, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets while promoting products per approved pricing.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales or pharma, strong communication and client-management skills, and the ability to operate within SAHPRA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Visit all allocated pharmacies and clients on a 6-week cycle.
• Record at least 250 valid client visits each month.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Secure accurate physical or digital store orders.
• Market products according to the company’s approved pricing list.
• Attend a minimum of 2 formal training sessions per month with pharmacy staff.
• Plan and execute at least 2 in-store promotional campaigns or activations per month.
• Maintain accurate control and accountability for stock, samples, and POS materials.
• Ensure all interactions and marketing communications comply with SAHPRA guidelines.
• Provide real-time field intelligence and competitor insights to head office.
