Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs as directed by the teacher.
• Assist students with academic tasks, including understanding instructions, completing assignments, and developing learning strategies.
• Support students with behavior management and social-emotional development within the classroom and school grounds.
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy recommendations.
• Assist with personal care needs of students, if required, with dignity and respect.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
