Job summary

Chronos Agency is seeking a results-driven closer to run discovery and proposal calls for inbound and referral leads. You’ll work from a documented playbook, report directly to the CEO, and collaborate with the sales operations lead and marketing team. There is no cold prospecting in this role.

You’ll own the end-to-end follow-up in HubSpot, maintain price integrity, and push for high show rates and closed deals across global markets from a SA-friendly time zone.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years closing B2B deals, agency services or ecommerce SaaS.
• Expertise in consultative selling and discovery frameworks such as SPIN or Sandler.
• Exceptional verbal English with global founders.
• Availability to work within South African or similar time zones for overlap with UK, US and AU markets.
• High coachability and commitment to following a documented playbook.
• Diligent CRM hygiene with HubSpot data.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or retention marketing economics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute discovery and proposal calls using documented framework and scripts.
• Maximize show rates by timely follow-up on new bookings.
• Manage end-to-end follow-up in HubSpot with dated next steps.
• Support account managers with seasonal upgrade packages and campaign tiers.
• Collaborate on deal scoping and pricing with marketing feedback.
