Job summary

Dis-Chem Life is seeking instore Financial Advisors to connect with customers in South Africa's busy health and wellness stores. You’ll provide tailored financial solutions, protect lives, and build trust during everyday store visits.

You’ll work retail hours, including weekends, meet sales targets, stay compliant with FSCA regulations, and access marketing, product and operational support to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Matric (National Senior Certificate) is required.
• Post-matric qualification in FMCG/retail/business is advantageous.
• RE5/COB certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with walk-in customers to identify needs and introduce Dis-Chem Life insurance and financial products.
• Deliver compliant, needs-based financial advice face-to-face.
• Build trust and long-term relationships by demonstrating product value.
• Consistently achieve sales targets in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Represent Dis-Chem Life with professionalism and approachability.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
