Job summary

Mr Price is seeking Customer Service Representatives to act as customer satisfaction champions in store-based desks across major locations in Gauteng. You will resolve issues, process returns, and ensure every customer leaves happy, while supporting sales staff with queries.

Essential: Grade 12, excellent English communication, patience and empathy, and computer literacy. Growth paths include staff discounts, training, and progression to management within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.
• Excellent communication in English; other languages advantageous.
• Patience and empathy; problem-solving ability.
• Computer literacy and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Complaint resolution: Listen to customer concerns, empathize with frustrations, investigate issues, and find solutions.
• Returns & exchanges: Process returns, verify receipts, inspect items, issue refunds or store credit.
• Information provision: Answer product questions, provide pricing, explain promotions.
• Escalation management: Route complex issues to Store Manager and mediate diplomatically.
• Customer database: Record feedback, log complaints, track resolutions for improvement.
