The role supports HR and management across recruitment, disciplinary processes, retrenchment and dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will draft and review contracts and policies, advise on disputes with CCMA or Bargaining Council, and stay updated on changes

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of South African employment legislation (Labour Relations Act, BCEA, EEA, SDA).
• Proven ability to advise on disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
• Experience drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and procedures.
