Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years of contract law experience.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong risk management and mitigation within contractual frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate procurement, sales, partnership, and service agreements.
• Provide practical legal advice on contractual risks and liabilities.
• Develop standard contract templates and playbooks.
• Manage contract lifecycle to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance on contracts.
• Assist in dispute resolution and settlement strategies.
