Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social work or program delivery in non-profit.
• Strong knowledge of social welfare systems and Port Elizabeth resources.
• Excellent counseling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in case management and needs assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals and families seeking assistance.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans for beneficiaries.
• Connect beneficiaries with relevant community resources, services, and government support.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of beneficiaries, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case files and program records.
