Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage logistics and operations for skills development programs in Mahikeng, North West. You will coordinate schedules and resources, liaise with trainers, participants, and stakeholders, and ensure high-quality vocational training delivery.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about empowering individuals through education and skill-building in the North West region. Hybrid working arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating projects or programs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Familiarity with skills development in Mahikeng and the North West region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of skills development projects.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Liaise with training providers, participants, and partners for smooth operations.
• Track progress, collect data, and prepare progress reports.
• Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of participants.
